• We need a 50% deposit to secure your booking, the balance is due on arrival - we will explain payment methods in our confirmation mail.

 
• Rural Portugal has one of the lowest crime rates in Europe (many people do not even lock their cars!) and Casa LeonArt is enclosed in high walls so it is very secure here but guests are responsible for all their personal items during their stay.

 
• Please tell us of any special needs before you book and we will endeavour to meet them.

 
• Neither of our rooms is wheelchair accessible, but Casa Borboleta can be accessed from our guest parking area without having to use any steps.

 
• All bookings are accepted on the grounds that you have bought individual holiday insurance that covers you for all eventualities.
